Shorebreak ’05
Also wanted to let you know that Shorebreak, our Spring Break Retreat was great in many ways. Students were strongly challenged as Mark shared only from Romans 12 and introduced and expanded on the idea of living in community with our Lord and each other.
If you are interested in seeing a bit of Shorebreak, we had a video person from AFN (the American Forces Television station here) do a story that ran for one of the mainland communities, Yokosuka Naval Base.

Hey guys! I’m reading your blog…and because of it, opened up my own. You can find it at bbcmetro.blogspot.com. Great to hear shorebreak went well. I saw the AFN news piece on it. You guys are doing a great job. I can’t wait to see you this October! Wish I could bring the whole fam. Go eat some Coco’s for us!
